Revelers at the annual gay pride march in New York City Sunday celebrated the one-year anniversary of the state’s same-sex marriage law. The city’s mayor, Michael Bloomberg, and the Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who pushed the state legislature to pass the law, also marched.
Marches took place around the country during June, gay pride month.
