J.D. Power & Associates is out with it’s annual airline satisfaction survey, and passenger satisfaction is the highest it’s been since 2006.
Among low-cost carriers, here are the top three:

- 2. Southwest
- 1. Jet Blue – for the eighth year in a row
Among the larger airlines:
- 3. Air Canada
- 2. Delta
- 1. Alaska Airlines – for the sixth year in a row
