* In Michigan, the latest Washington Post poll found Kamala Harris leading Donald Trump among likely voters by one point (47% to 46%); the latest CNN poll found her ahead by five points (48% to 43%); and the latest Fox News poll found the two major party candidate tied (49% to 49%). * In Pennsylvania, the latest Quinnipiac poll found Trump narrowly leading Harris (47% to 46%); the latest Fox News poll found him ahead by the same margin (50% to 49%); and the latest CNN poll showed them tied (48% to 48%). * The Democratic vice president’s campaign and American Bridge 21st Century, a super PAC aligned with Democratic politics, are both launching ad campaigns targeting Puerto Rican voters in the wake of Trump’s Madison Square Garden event.
* The Wall Street Journal reported, “Actor Julia Roberts narrated an ad from a progressive evangelical group telling women who feel pressured to vote a certain way that their ballots are private.” The 30-second video was released this week by the group Vote Common Good.

* Elon Musk isn’t just donating money to help Trump and congressional Republicans, the conspiratorial billionaire has also given millions to a political action committee in Texas that works on electing Republican judges.
* Actor and former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has become the latest Republican to endorse Harris’ 2024 candidacy.
* And in developments that have become common in much of the country, a Republican-aligned super PAC is trying to boost Jill Stein’s Green Party candidacy in Georgia.
