A Texas grand jury investigating Planned Parenthood has indicted two anti-abortion activists who covertly shot videos of the organization.

A federal judge knocked Texas for offering “largely speculative hearsay” about extremists possibly infiltrating Syrian refugees seeking to resettle there.
