Chris Hayes previews what’s ahead for All In and how he hopes to “retain the spirit of inquiry, curiosity, debate and discussion” that was created on the weekend program Up w/ Chris Hayes.
In the conversation, below, on Thursday’s Rachel Maddow Show, Hayes discussed how he’s aiming for the same level of discussion as was on Up, “with some adjustments made for the timeliness of the news of the day and also the necessary logistical exigencies of being on nightly.”
“But the kind of multi-vocal and conversational… a lot of different voices and a lot of curiosity together and finding areas of tension and disagreement and conflict that are surprising, new, or aren’t the ones that we rehearse everyday in our national politics.”
