Christopher Gardner
professor of medicine and director of nutrition studies at the Stanford Prevention Research Center
Christopher Gardner is the Rehnborg Farquhar Professor of Medicine and a nutrition scientist at Stanford University. He recently served on the 2025 U.S. Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee, was the chair of the American Heart Association Nutrition Committee from 2022-2024, and has worked with both the AHA and American Diabetes Association (2019) on dietary recommendations.
