For the third year in a row, Minneapolis-St. Paul is the most fit city in America. The American College of Sports Medicine is out with its annual American Fitness Index. Experts looked at health behaviors like smoking, exercise and obesity rates as well as access to parks, recreational facilities and farmer’s markets.
