Koritha Mitchell

Koritha Mitchell is a literary historian, feminist scholar, and professor of English. She is author of "From Slave Cabins to the White House" and "Living with Lynching," and she is editor of the first book-length autobiography by a formerly enslaved African American woman, Harriet Jacobs’s Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl. Her public commentary has appeared in outlets including Time, CNN and Good Morning America. She is president of the Society of Senior Ford Fellows.
