Five years ago, The Rachel Maddow Show made its debut on MSNBC. Andrea Mitchell wished her friend a happy fifth anniversary Monday with a collection of her favorite Maddow moments (above).
“This is a big deal,” Mitchell said of Maddow’s five-year success, wishing her good luck “for the next five [years], and five more after that.”
