“Hundreds of guys that did exactly what I did–they’re not here today at this table, so I’m gonna speak for all of us,” retired firefighter Peter D’Ancona told The Cycle hosts. On the 12th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, D’Ancona still struggled to find the words.
“I have this on my mind all the time. Things remind you of that day, no matter what it is,” he said. “Talking about it really helps.”
