Josh Wolf was a single parent raising his kids. But what makes him so special? As S.E. Cupp points out, women have been doing this forever.
Being special isn’t the point. Wolf, a comedian who frequently appears on TV shows like Chelsea Lately, says “there’s always this thought that men can’t do it. We may do it a little different, but we still do it.”
Trips to the park, for example, would turn into accidental moments of educating a father who, other people were quick to presume, had no idea what he was doing. Wolf remembered:
“They just assumed because I was a guy at the park that I didn’t know what I was doing. I would have older women come up to me and go, ‘You know, your son needs some water.’ And I was like, ‘Oh, so you’re saying kids are like other human beings, they need liquid or they’ll die? That is a great note.’”
