If you’ve ever thought that Sen. Ted Cruz reminds you a little bit of Justin Bieber, you’re not alone apparently.
While speaking to a group of conservatives on Thursday, Cruz talked about how he’s been viewed as a bit of a “celebrity,” and then jokingly worried that there was a “Justin Bieber comparison” to be made.
Cruz went on to make a few comparisons between himself and the Bieb. “I would note that Justin Bieber and I both were born in Canada, and again there are more than a few of my colleagues who wish the both of us would self-deport,” he said.
